1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ollyve's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ollyve Inc. provides AI-driven property management tools, including automated communication, document management, payment processing, and maintenance coordination.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data uploaded to the platform.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal fair housing and tenant laws.

4. AI Limitations

While our AI is highly advanced, it is a tool to assist property management. Users should review critical decisions, legal documents, and financial transactions. Ollyve is not responsible for errors resulting from unverified AI-generated content.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees are billed according to your selected plan. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Ollyve Inc. offers an SMS program for account verification codes, security alerts, service notifications, maintenance and workflow updates, and customer support messages. You opt in during account signup at app.ollyve.com by providing your mobile number, which is optional, and actively selecting an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. This signup form is the only way to opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No marketing bulk messages or purchased lists are used for this program.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ollyve.com.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Our Privacy Policy, including how we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent, is available at https://ollyve.com/privacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ollyve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
